Mix together in a large roasting dish the oats, wheat germ,
all bran, pumpkin & sunflower seeds, almonds and peanuts.
Heat the honey, sugar, salt, water and oil in a pot and stir
until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over grains and mix thoroughly.
Bake in 150-170 degree
oven, turning often until light golden colour. Store in
an airtight container.
Dried fruit may be added after cooking but we find that it
softens the muesli more quickly and choose to leave it out.
